Competitor Rain Check Policy

 

(Different than General Admission Policy)

Total Rain Out After Gates Open:

If weather or any circumstance outside the control of Hartford Speedway force the cancellation of all on track activity after the pit gates are open, but before any on track activity then anyone who purchased a pit pass will receive a cash refund when your wrist band is turned in. If you do not turn in your wristband you may use your within the next two events of equal or lesser value (with the exception of the World Of Outlaws show on July 28th).

Rain Out After Four (4) Events Complete:

If weather or any circumstance outside the control of Hartford Speedway force the cancellation of all on track activity after four events have been completed (including, but not limited to Qualifying, Heats, & B-Mains) the event will be considered complete and rain checks will not be issued.

 

Rain Out After Feature Line Up Set:

If weather or any circumstance outside the control of Hartford Speedway force the cancellation of all on track activity after the Feature line up has been established then the total Feature purse for that division will be divided equally among the competitors (ie. If there are 15 cars then 15 positions of the purse will be totaled together and divided equally).
